Who we are:

Engenious is a US-based consulting agency with a global presence. Although Engenious’ main area of expertise is mobile development, it is a home for more than 40+ talented world-class engineers with domain experience in Web, Backend, and Test Automation.

Open Role:

Engenious is looking to hire an AI/ML Engineer to our team.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex tasks through language understanding and reasoning, including creating multi-agent workflows with tool calling.
  • Develop and implement effective prompt engineering techniques to enhance model capabilities and performance.

  • Establish evaluation frameworks to benchmark LLM and agent performance across various metrics.

  • Optimize models and agents for production environments, focusing on latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.

  • Design conversational flows and dialogue management systems for AI assistants.

  • Design, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases and domains.

  • Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems that integrate LLMs with external knowledge sources.

  • Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving NLP/LLM research landscape and implement state-of-the-art techniques.

  • Prototype solutions in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.

  • Manage and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

Skills, Experience and Role Expectations:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the AI/ML domain, with 5+ years of overall engineering experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and Python.

  • Practical experience in fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing LLMs (e.g., OpenAI (GPT models), Meta (Llama), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), X.ai (Grok)).

  • Expertise in NLP techniques, including prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search.

  • Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems (Pinecone, Weaviate, Faiss, etc.).

  • Familiarity with model quantization, distillation, and other optimization techniques.

  • Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.).

  • Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies and metrics.

Desirable Skills:

  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for deploying ML agents.
  • Experience with transformer-based models and frameworks (Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

  • Experience in deploying responsible AI, including implementing safety guardrails and mitigating bias

  • Experience using Promptfoo for LLM prompting testing, comparison and regression tracking.

  • Familiarity with LangTest for automated testing and validation of LLM model performance and robustness

  • Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

  • Practical experience with techniques to ensure responsible AI deployment, including implementing safety guardrails and mitigating bias.

  • Publications or contributions to open-source ML projects

Our benefits:

  • Flexible & remote job
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Development opportunities in any IT direction
