Invet.ua is a Ukrainian vet drugs distribution company operating for more than 10 years on the market. The company is an official and exclusive distributor of the leading global and local manufacturers of veterinary drugs. All the production is certified and is delivered throughout Ukraine.
SOFTWARE TESTING
With a top standing in the international market, Invet has always had to manage a high volume and a ton of moving parts. So, it goes without saying that they needed a logistics app to accelerate operations. The central challenge was to develop an intuitive platform that would be effective for employees across roles and responsibilities. To deliver, we’d need to bring UX/UI design, mobile and web development, infrastructure creation and maintenance, and integration with third-party services to the mix.

CHALLENGE
With the company striving constantly to improve its efficiency and productivity, a request to create a logistics app for the employees emerged. Engenious was asked to design the app from scratch: UI/UX design, mobile and web development, creation and maintenance of infrastructure, integration with third party services. However, the main challenge was to make the app handy for all the employees.

GPS
We integrated GPS technology for real-time, map-based order tracking to improve visibility and control over deliveries.
Admin Panel
We designed a custom admin panel for added operational efficiency and easy management of employees, orders, and vehicles.
QR Code Scanning
We added a QR code scanning function that would enable quick and accurate order status updates to keep things moving.
Text/Voice Comments
We implemented text and voice comment features to improve communication and collaboration between team members, partners, and other stakeholders.
Notifications and History
We designed a feature for real-time notifications and detailed change history tracking that would keep everyone up-to-date and deliveries on track.
