With a top standing in the international market, Invet has always had to manage a high volume and a ton of moving parts. So, it goes without saying that they needed a logistics app to accelerate operations. The central challenge was to develop an intuitive platform that would be effective for employees across roles and responsibilities. To deliver, we’d need to bring UX/UI design, mobile and web development, infrastructure creation and maintenance, and integration with third-party services to the mix.

Limited to phone and in-person ordering, Puzzle Pizza wanted to expand its reach by venturing into the digital realm. While customers loved it, Puzzle Pizza’s ordering model posed a significant challenge for digital expansion.
Since an off-the-shelf online ordering platform couldn’t accommodate the model, we’d need to create a fully custom digital framework to bring the Puzzle Pizza experience online.
